How sensitive information is separated

  • DOB, responsible-adult contact, payment details, tax records, payout destinations, internal notes, and provider credentials are excluded from public projections.
  • A Minor never owns a login; an authenticated responsible adult manages the participant relationship.
  • Email similarity never merges accounts across brands or grants organization access.
  • Audit and reconciliation evidence is retained within restricted operational roles.
